Chap. 192.—An ACT empowering and authorizing the board of superviso!
of Surry county to pay Dr. W. W. Seward for medical services rendere
out of funds of said county.

Approved February 15, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the boar
of supervisors of Surry county are hereby empowered and authorized 1
pay out of the county fund of said county a bill of twenty-five dollars 1
Doctor W. W. Seward for medical services rendered John Smith, whe
certified to said board by county court of said county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
