Chap. 188.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to protect the interest
of the state of Virginia in the Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac rail-
road company by inhibiting the execution of certain traffic contracts, ap-
proved March 3, 1900.
Approved February 15, 1901.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an “act to protect the interest of the state of Virginia in the
Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac railroad company by inhibiting
the execution of certain traffic contracts, approved March third, nineteen
hundred, be, and the same is, hereby repealed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
