Chap. 186.—An ACT to change the name of the Black Mountain coal and
coke company to that of the Kyva coal and coke company.

Approved February 15, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the name
of the Black mountain coal and coke company, incorporated by act of
the general assembly, approved March third, nineteen hundred (acts
eighteen hundred and ninety-nine and nineteen hundred, page seven
hundred and thirty-seven), be, and it is, hereby changed to Kyva coal
and coke company.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
