Chap. 184.—An ACT to validate all conveyances of land in this State hereto-
fore made under powers of attorney executed by a married woman jointly
with her husband.
Approved February 15, 1901.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That every deed
heretofore made conveying lands in this state under a power of attorney
executed in due form of law by a married woman jointly with her hus-
band, shall be as valid and binding and have the same effect, as to the
interest of said marricd woman in said lands thereby conveyed, as if
said deed were made and executed by said married woman jointly with
her husband.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
