Chap. 135.—An ACT to repeal section 6 of an act of the gencral assembly of
Virginia, approved March 1, 1867, entitled an act to incorporate the Valley
railroad company.

Approved February 14, 1901.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia. That section
six of an act of the general assembly of Virginia. approved March first,
eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, entitled an act to amend an act en-
titled an act to incorporate the Valley railroad company, be, and the
same is, hereby repealed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
