Chap. 120.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Nottoway
county to increase the salary of the county judge thereof.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the board
of supervisors of Nottoway county be, and it is, hereby authorized and
empowered to increase the salary of the judge of the county court of
Nottoway county, so that the same shall not exceed the sum of six hun-
dred dollars per annum.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
