Chap. 105.—An ACT to authorize George W. Richardson and W. P. Ricnare-
son to erect a wharf, dock, or piec on their lots situated in the town of West
Point, King William county, on the Pamunkey river, and known on the
map of said town as numbers 53 and 59.

Approved February 13, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That George
. Richardson and W. P. Richardson be, and they are, hereby authorized
d- empowered to erect a wharf or dock or pier along the water front of
vir lots, situated in the town of West Point. Ning William county, on
¢ Pamunkey river, and known upon the map of said town as numbers
ty-cight and fifty-nine: provided, said wharf, dock or pier shall not
struct navigation, and shall be subject to the laws of this common-
‘alth governing wharves, docks, or piers erected in the waters of this
ite.
