Chap. 563.—An ACT to authorize the county school board of Greenesville county
to borrow $1,000.

Approved April 2, 1902.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virgimia, That whenever
the county school board of Greenesville COUNTY shall deem it necessary
they are hereby authorized and empowered to borrow money, not exceed-
ing the sum of one thousand dollars, and to that end to direct the treas-
urer of said county to make such note or notes, payable at such time or
times as the said county school board may decm proper. The rate of
interest on such Joan shall not exceed six per centum per annum, nor
shall the money so borrowed be used for any other purpose than for the
schools of the said county of Greenesville.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
