Cockrell’s creek, in Northumberland county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That John
Palmer be. and he its hereby, authorized to ereet and conduct a whart
Fleet’s Point. on Cockrell’s creek, in Northumberland county, to be u
and conducted according to the existing general law governing the e
duct and charges to the public using said wharf for shipment.

2. This act. shall not be construed as in anvwise giving the said J
A. Palmer the right to so erect or conduct the said wharf as to j in any
interfere with the usual course of navigation in the waters of said er

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
