Chap. 525.—An ACT to allow Joseph C. Bristow, of Middlesex county, to take the
State law examination.

Whereas, Joseph C. Bristow, of the county of Middlesex, is a law stu-
dent at Richmond College, is a person of good character, but, being under
the age of twenty-one years, cannot be permitted to appear before the
court of appeals for examination; and,
Whereas, he is desirous of being allowed to take the State law exami-
nation: therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That said Joseph
(‘. Bristow be allowed to appear before the court of appeals to take the
examination required by law to practice law, his license being withheld
until he is twenty-one years of age.
This act shall be in foree from its passage.
