Chap. 519.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3 of an act entitled an act to
incorporate the Franklin County Telephone Company, so as to provide for an
enlargement of the eapital stock of said company.

Approved April 2, 1902.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
three of am act entitled an act to incorporate the Franklin County Tele-
phone Company, approved March seventh, nineteen hundred, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 3. The capital stock of the said company shall not be less than five
hundred dollars nor more than twenty-five hundred dollars, divided
into shares of ten dollars each. It shall not be necessary to give any
notice of the opening of subscriptions to said stock, but the same may he
subscribed in such manner and at such times as a majority of said cor-
porators may determine.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
