Daniel, treasurer of Charlotte county, Virginia, allowi ing further time, ete.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That A. S.
Barksdale, deputy treasurer for E. F. Daniel, treasurer of Charlotte
‘ounty, Virginia, be, and he is hereby, allowed the further time of one
‘ear from the passage of this act to distrain and collect all tax tickets in
iis hands for the year eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, and for which
he has settled with the State and county authorities: provided, however,
that none of said tickets have been returned delinquent or insolvent.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
