Chap. 271.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 13 of an act entitled an act t
incorporate the Onancock and Drummondtown Electric Railway, Light an
Power Company, approved March 5, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sectio
thirteen of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Onaneock and Drmr
mondtown Electric Railway, Light and Power Company, approre
March fifth, nineteen hundred, be further amended and re-enacted so a
to read as follows:

§ 13. The said company shall commence the construction of said rai
road within two years and complete the same within five vears from th
passage of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
