Chap. 239.—An ACT to authorize the appointment of two additional commission
ers in chancery for the circuit court of Alexandria county.

Approved March 17, 1902.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the circui
court of Alexandria county is hereby authorized to appoint two addi
tional commissioners in chancery, with the same powers and duties a:
those already authorized by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
