Chap. 996.—An ACT for the relief of W. R. Coulbourne, of the city of Roanoke.
Approved March 7, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That W. R.
Coulbourne, of Roanoke, Virginia, be, and he is hereby, authorized
and empowered to compound, sell, and dispense drugs and medicines
within this state.
2. The board of pharmacy of the state of Virginia is hereby au-
thorized and directed to register the said W. R. Coulbourne as a phar-
macist.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
