Chap. 963.—An ACT for the relief of James A. Armistead.

Whereas on the twenty-eighth day of May, eighteen hundred and
ninety-seven, Rk. G. H. Kean, receiver of the circuit court of Campbell
county, in the cause of Armistead versus Armistead, overpaid by mis-
take the state taxes on the fund in said cause to the extent of forty-
three dollars and eighty-seven cents ($43.87), which amount James
A. Armistead was entitled to—
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, directed to issue his
warrant, payable to the said James A. Armistead, upon the treasurer
of this commonwealth for the aforesaid sum of forty-three dollars and
elhty-seven cents (813.87).
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
