Chap. 950.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act directing that the board
of supervisors of Alleghany county shall apply the road fund in the several
districts to the district from which the same is realized, approved March
3, 1898. ,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act directing that the board of supervisors of the county
of Alleghany shall apply the road fund in the several districts to the
district from which the same is realized, approved March third, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-eight, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
