Chap. 945.—An ACT in relation to roads in Norfolk county abandoned
turnpike companies.

Approved March 7, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That wh
er any turnpike company shall have abandoned its road or any f
ereof in the county of Norfolk, the county court of said county
rich such road lies may, in its discretion, take charge of the ss
id cause it to be worked and kept in good order in the same man
the public roads in said county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
