Chap. 919.—An ACT for the relief of W. W. Wood.

Whereas W. W. Wood has been in the actual practice of dentistry a
assistant for the period of about eight years; and
Whereas he has attended the university college of medicine, in th
yy of Richmond, and taken the dental course for over the period o
e year; and
Whereas the condition of his health is such that if he continues sai
urse for a longer period of time, or attempts the preparation neces
rv to properly stand the requisite examination of the board of stat
aminers, that his life will be endangered; and

Whereas he is now well qualified to practice the profession of den-
tistry; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
said W. W. Wood be, and he is hereby, granted the right and privilege
of practicing the profession of dentistry in the state of Virginia, pro-
vided he pays the license tax imposed by the laws of the state.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
