Chap. 909.—An ACT for the relief of G. T. W. Kern, of Bedford City, Virginia

Approved March 7, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That G. T
W. Kern, of Bedford City, Virginia, be, and he is hereby, authorizec
and empowered to compound, sell, and dispense drugs and medicine
within this state.

2. The board of pharmacy of the state of Virginia is hereby author
ized and directed to register the said G. T. W. Kern as pharmacist.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
