Chap. 858.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Greenesville
county to relieve Mrs. S. V. Micheals from the payment of certain delin-
quent taxes due for county and district purposes.

Approved March 6, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of the county of Greenesville be,and they are hereby,
authorized to relieve Mistress S. V. Micheals of all delinquent taxes
due and owing by her for county and district purposes, if, after hearin:
such evidence as shall be introduced before them touching said relicf,
they are of opinion that such relief is proper.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
