Chap. 855.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act of session 1897 and 1898,
making Tye river, in Nelson county, a lawful fence from its mouth to Gulf
ford.

Approved March 6, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Tve
river, in Nelson county, be, and is hereby, constituted a lawful fence
from Gulf ford to the mill-dam just above Tye river depot, in said
county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
