Chap. 813.—An ACT to authorize courts to exclude from all trials of felony or
misdemeanor cases any or all persons whose presence is not deemed
necessary.

Approved March 6, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That in the
trial of all criminal cases, whether the same be felony or misde-
meanor cases, the court may, in its discretion, exclude from the trial
anv or all persons whose presence is not deemed necessary.

2. This act shall be in foree from its passage.
