Chap. 798.—An ACT for the relief of G. R. Nichols, deputy for John W. Clay,
| treasurer of Campbell county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia. That G. R.
Nichols, deputy for John W. Clay, treasurer of Campbell county, be
allowed the further time of one year from the date of the passage of this
act within which to distrain, levy, and collect any uncollected taxes
in his hands not returned delinquent or insolvent, for which he has ac-
counted to the said John W. Clay, treasurer, and for which the said treas-
urer has accounted to the auditor and authorities of the said county, for
the year eighteen hundred and ninety-four, and subsequent years.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
