1. Be it enacted bv the general assembly of Virginia, That section

ons issuing notes or other securities for circulation without authority
of law, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 3830. Persons issuing notes for circulation withou
how punished.—Every person who, with intent to c
