Chap. 753.—An ACT for the relicf of R. M. Robinette, of the city of Roanoke,
from the payment of a fine imposed by the hustings court of Roanoke city.

Approved March 6, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virgimia, That R. M.
Robinette, of the city of Roanoke, 1s hereby relieved and discharged
from the payment of a fine of five hundred dollars and costs imposed
upon him by the hustings court of Roanoke city, at the February term,
‘ighteen hundred and nincty-nine, for a misdemeanor, or so much of
aid fine and costs as may be due and unpaid at the passage of this act.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
