Chap. 714.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 1 of an act entitled an
act to protect mountain trout in the waters of Rockingham county, ap-
proved March 4, 1898.

Approved March 3, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful to kill, capture, or destroy in any way mountain trout in
any of the waters of the county of Rockingham between the first day
of July and the first day of April of each year; and from the first day of
April till the first day of July it shall be unlawful to catch mountain
trout in any of said waters except by angling with hook and line.

2. This act shall be in force trom its passage.
