Chap. 712.—An ACT to authorize and empower the school trustees of Chester-
field school district of Tazewell county, Virginta, to sell and convey certain
school property.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That C. A
Black and J. W. Hicks, as trustees of the Clear Fork school district, 01
Tazewell county, Virginia, be, and the same are hereby, authorized and
empowered to sell and convey, with covenants of special warranty, that
certain school house and lot in said district that was conveyed to the
trustees of said school district on the eighteenth day of July, eighteen
hundred and ninety-four, by W. C. Tabor and wife, and which is located
near Falls mills, in said county, the same having been abandoned as a
school-house, and to reinvest the proceeds of the said sale in the repairs
of any other school-house in said district; and the said deed, when so
made, shall pass to the purchaser all the right, title, and interest of
the said district in and to the said house and lot.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
