Chap. 675.—An ACT to declare Hughes’ river a lawful fence from Mitchell’s
ford to Nethers’ mills, in Rappahannock and Madison counties.

Approved March 2, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Hughes’
river be, and it is hereby, declared a lawful fence, between the counties
of Rappahannock and Madison, from Mitchell’s ford to Nether’s mills.

2. This act shall be in full force from its passage.
