Chap. 664.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to extend
the time for making returns of assessments for the city of Richmond and
the county of Henrico, approved February 12, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sections
one and two of an act entitled an act to extend the time for making
returns of assessments for the city of Richmond and for the county of
Henrico. approved February twelfth, eighteen hundred and ninety-four,
be amended and re-enacted so as to Tead as follows:
81. That the judges of the hustings court of the city of Richmond
and of the county of Henrico are hereby authorized and empowered,
each in his respective city and county, in their discretion, to extend the
time of making returns of the assessments for the city of Richmond
and the county of Henrico until September first, nineteen hundred, of
the assessment provided for under chapter twenty-three of the code
of vareinia,
“That the time of application to the judge of the hustings court
in ‘the city of Richmond, and to the county judge of Henrico, in said
county, for correction of assessments. be extended to December thirty-
first, nineteen hundred. in said city of Richmond and county of Henrico.
2, This act shall be in foree from its passage.
