Chap. 650.—An ACT to allow the supervisors of Washington county to pur-
chase fuel for the county fail.

In effect March 6 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shal
be lawful for the board of supervisors of Washington county to appro-
priate yearly out of the county levy a sum not exceeding one hundred
dollars, for the purchase of fuel for the jail of said county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
