Chap. 640.—An ACT to exempt from taxation the property of the king’s
daughters’ hospital of Portsmouth, Virginia.
Approved March 6, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
property, real and personal, of the king’s daughters’ hospital, of Ports-
mouth, Virginia, be, and the same is hereby, exempted from taxation,
state, county, or city, so long as the same may be held and used for
hospital purposes.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
