Chap. 638.—An ACT to declare the lines of landowners in a portion of
Nelson county a lawful fence.

Approved March 65, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
line of the landowners in Nelson county within the boundaries herein-
after named be, and they are hereby, declared a lawful fence.

“ Beginning at the Amherst county line, thence down Buffalo river
to where it intersects Tye river; thence down Tye river to where it
intersects James river, and thence up James river to the Amherst
county line.”

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
