1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Thomas
C. Miller, treasurer of Wytheville, Virginia, be, and he is hereby, al.
lowed the further time of one year from the passage of this act to dis.
train for and collect all tax tickets in his hands for the years eighteer
hundred and ninety-four, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, eighteer
hundred and ninety-six, eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, and eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-eight, and for which he has settled with stat
and town authorities: provided, however, that none of said tax ticket:
have been returned delinquent or insolvent. .

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
