partridges in the counties of Gloucester and Mathews, approved January

1. Be it enacted bv the general assembly of Virginia, That section
one of an act entifled an act to protect partridges in the counties of

Gloucester and Mathews, approved January eighteenth, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-eiyzht, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as
follows:

§ 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall
be unlawful for any person to hunt, kill, or capture, or offer for sale,
or buy in Gloucester and Mathews counties, any partridges between the
fifteenth day of January, and the first day of November in each year.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
