Chap. 561.—An ACT authorizing the board of supervisors of Wise county to
increase the pay of the commonwealth’s attorney of said county to a sum
not exceeding five hundred dollars, to be paid out of the county levy.

\ Approved March 6, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Wise county are hereby authorized to increase
the pay of the attorney for the commonwealth of said county to a sum
not exceeding five hundred dollars per year to be paid out of the
county levy of said county. ‘

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
