Chap. 528.—An ACT to allow Captain John R. Thomas and William T.
Bloxom to erect a wharf or pier in Holden’s creek, in Accomac county.
Approved February 26, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Captain
John R, Thomas and William T. Bloxom, of Accomac county, be, and
they are hereby, authorized and permitted to erect a wharf or pier upon
the public landing at Holden’s creek, at the foot of the public road, with
a water-front of twenty-five feet wide and extending from the shore one
hundred feet into the channel of Holden’s creek, subject to all the laws
of the state governing all wharves erected on the waters of the com-
monwealth: provided, also, that this act shall at all times be under the
control of the general assembly, and be amended or repealed as may be
deemed proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
