Chap. 486.—An ACT authorizing the members of the councils of the city of
Norfolk, from Atlantic City ward, to vote on all questions.

Approved February 21, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the mem-
bers of the councils of the city of Norfolk, from Atlantic City ward be,
and they are hereby, authorized to vote on all questions which may come
before the councils.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
