Chap. 469.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to declare Mud Fork,
in the county of Tazewell, navigable for a certain distance.

Approved February 21, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act en-
titled an act to declare Mud Fork, in the county of Tazewell, a navigable
stream for a certain distance, approved November twenty-fourth, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-four, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
