Chap. 460.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to empower
the board of supervisors of Buchanan county to increase the salary of the
judge of the county court of said county.

In effect February 21, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the board
of supervisors of Buchanan county be,.and they are hereby, authorized
and empowered to increase the salary of the county judge of the said
county to a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars per annum, and
that said salary be a charge upon said county and be levied, collected,
and paid as the law prescribes for the payment of county judges.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
