Chap. 443.—An ACT entitled an act to repeal an act entitled an act for the
creation of a corporation to be known as the Norfolk, Portsmouth and
Newport News railway company, by the consolidation with the Port Norfolk
electric railway company, the Portsmouth and Smithfield railroad company,
and the Portsmouth, Pig’s Point and Newport News railway, ferry and
hotel company, and to define its powers, approved on the 17th day of Jan-
uary, 1900

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the ac
entitled an act for the creation of a corporation to be known as the Nor
folk, Portsmouth and Newport News railway company, by the consolli.
dation with the Port Norfolk electric railway company, the Portsmoutt
and Smithfield railroad company, and the Portsmouth Pig’s Point anc
Newport News railway, ferry and hotel company, and to define its powers
approved on the seventeenth day of January, nineteen hundred, be, anc
the same is hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
