Chap. 422.—An ACT to allow C. W. Thomas, treasurer of the city of Roanoke,
further time to collect certain tax tickets in his hands.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That C. W.
Thomas, treasurer of the city of Roanoke, Virginia, and his deputies,
be, and they are hereby, allowed the further time of one year from the
passage of this act to distrain for and collect all tax tickets in his hands
for the years eighteen hundred and ninety-five, eighteen hundred and
ninety-six, and eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, for which he has
settled with the city of Roanoke and the state.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
