Chap. 411.—An ACT for the relief of Charles Richardson from the payment of
certain fines.

Whereas it has been certified to the general assembly by the circuit
court of Smyth county, that, in the opinion of said court, Charles
Richardson should be released from the payment of the principal of
five out of six judgments rendered against him in the county court
of Smyth county at the January term thereof, eighteen hundred and
eighty-six; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Charles
Richardson be, and is hereby, released from the payment of the princi-
yal of five of the six judgments rendered against him at the January
erm of said court, eighteen hundred and eighty-six.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
