Chap. 370.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Rockbrid;
county to fix the compensation of the overseer of the poor of Lexingt«
magisterial district, in the said county.

Approved February 15, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the boa
of supervisors of the county of Rockbridge may, in its discretion, all
the overseer of the poor for Lexington magisterial district. in the said
county, for his services, a sum not exceeding one hundred dollars in any
one year, to be paid out of Lexington district fund.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
