Chap. 37.—An ACT to empower the trustees of the Bell home to receive land
for the use of the said Bell home, in the county of Westmoreland, Virginia.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the unin-
corporated association known as the Bell home, now conducting a sum-
mer home for indigent children at Colonial Beach, Westmoreland
county, is hereby authorized and empowered, through its trustee, to be
selected by it, to take by grant or devise from time to time, and to hold
for its uses and purposes any lands in the said town of Colonial Beach,
or elsewhere in said county of Westmoreland: provided, that the lands
so held by said association shall not at any time excced twenty acres.
2. ‘bhis act shall be in force from its passage.
