Chap. 366.—An ACT to give George M. Muse, treasurer of Roanoke county,
and his deputies, further time in which to collect uncollected tax tickets

in his hands.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That George
M. Muse, county treasurer of Roanoke county, and his deputies in this
state, be, and they are hereby, allowed the further time of one year from
the passage of this act to distrain for and collect all tax tickets in theit
hands for the years eighteen hundred and ninety-four and eighteen
hundred and ninety-five, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-seven, and for which they have settled with the state
and county authorities: provided, however, that none of said tax tickets
have been returned delinquent or insolvent.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
