Chap. 358.—An ACT for the relief of Kretol chemical company.
Approved February 15, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
charter of the Kretol chemical company, granted by the law and equity
court of the city of Richmond, Virginia, in August, eighteen hundred
and ninety-nine, and that the amendments to the same, granted by the
circuit court of the city of Alexandria, Virginia, be, and the same are
hereby, declared to be as valid to all intents and purposes as if the order
of incorporation and the orders of amendment had each and every one
been entered in the said circuit court; and that all acts heretofore done,
or hereafter to be done, all contracts heretofore entered into or here-
after to be entered into, and all other business heretofore transacted
or hereafter to be transacted by and with the said company, not incon-
sistent with the powers sought to be conferred upon it by its said charter
and the said amendments to the same, be, and the same are hereby, de-
clared to be as valid to all intents and purposes as if the said charter
as so amended had been originally granted by the said circuit court.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
