Chap. 299.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 10 of an act entitled an
act to incorporate the Gladeville railroad company, in Wise county, ap-
proved February 20, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
ten of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Gladeville railroad com-~
pany, approved February twentieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-two,
be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 10. That John T. Dixon, F. S. Paddock, A. M. Scutt, George
Mahaffy, and KE. M. Fulton shall, from and after the passage of this act,
constitute the board of directors of said company, and shall continue in
office until their successors are elected and qualified. There shall be
five directors of said company. Each stockholder in the company shall,
at all meetings or elections, be entitled to one vote for each share of
stock registered in his name.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
