Chap. 269.—An ACT to authorize Thomas G. Wynne, treasurer of James
county and the city of Williamsburg, further time for the collectic
taxes for the years 1895, 1896, and 1897.

Approved February 3, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That The
. Wynne, treasurer of James City county and the city of Williamst
nd his deputies be, and they are hereby, authorized to collect by
ess, levy, and sale all taxes, both state, city and county, remaining
1d unpaid for the years eighteen hundred and ninety-five, eigh
undred and ninety-six, and eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, in
yunty and city, which have not been returned delinquent or insol
id for which he has accounted to the proper authorities.

2. The power to levy and sell for said taxes shall exist for one
om the passage of this act.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
