Chap. 223.—An ACT prescribing recess for the circuit court of the city of
Fredericksburg during any term.
Approved January 30, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the circuit
court of the city of Fredericksburg, after the commencement of any
term, may, without reference to the number of days it has been in session,
take a recess, or as many recesses during the term, for any length of time
as the said court may, in its discretion, determine.
2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby
repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
